No doubt, the victim is still traceless but according to prosecution case itself, it was co-accused, Ashutosh Kumar Thakur @ Balajee, who took the victim and the petitioner happens to be brother of aforesaid Ashutosh Kumar Thakur @ Balajee. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Gogri P.S.
