2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 311 of 2023 arising out of Mahila P.S. Case No. 115 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 376, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 6, 6 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of repeatedly raping his own 11 years old daughter for more than four years.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 6.12.2023.

5. Considering the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
