This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 7/13(2) read with Section 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

The petitioner has been arrested in trap case and he is in jail since 24.09.2014.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Vigilance, Trap, Patna in connection with Vigilance P.
