The petitioner is accused in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 185 of 2014 registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of he petitioner that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the petitioner was not apprehended on the spot by the police, rather the name of the petitioner was disclosed at that time by co-accused Malti Devi, being his associates, indulged in the case, except that there is nothing against the petitioner. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 10.06.2014.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49469 of 2014 (3) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 185 of 2014.
