JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner happens to be main assailant and earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court and again, this court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 455 of 2015 arising out of Madhuban P.S. Case No. 69 of 2014 pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-XI, East Champaran, Motihari stands rejected.

No.2577 of 2016 (3) dt.30-03-2016 2/2 However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible, preferably within six months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, failing which the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the learned trial court itself.
