ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 08-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks bail in Hajipur Sadar P.S. case No.402 of 2014 instituted for the offence under Sections 376, 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.

Considering the nature of allegations against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Prayer for bail is rejected.
