JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-02-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The matter has been listed before this court in view of the administrative order of Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice dated 18.02.2016 since the concerned Bench is not available due to medical exigency.
The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 24.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47560 of 2015 for extending the period of surrender.
Learned counsel for the petitioner confines the prayer to the extent of extending the period of surrender only. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, let the date of surrender be extended by two weeks calculated from the date of receipt or production of copy of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3075 of 2016 (2) dt.19-02-2016 2/2 order.
The order dated 24.11.2015 stands modified to the extent indicated above.
Rest of the conditions as stipulated in the above order will remain the same.
Accordingly, the modification application is disposed of in connection with Shankarpur P.S. case No. 90 of 2013 pending before learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) BKS/- U T
