Taking into consideration that the alleged recovery has not been made either from the house of the petitioner or from his conscious possession and the said recovery is said to have been made from the east side of house of co-accused, Nawal Rai, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 02 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra.
