BAJANTHRI) 01-09-2023 Pursuant to our previous order dated 18.08.2023, office of the Labour Commissioner furnished information relating to minimum wages assailed in the year 1990 and in respect of 1987 to 1990 there is no material information. Even if the minimum wages in the year 1990 is taken into consideration, we find that there is no infirmity in settling the petitioner's arrears and salary.

2. Accordingly, the present MJC No. 179 of 2018 stands dropped.
