The petitioner seeks bail in Special (POCSO) Case No. 33/2019, arising out of Alamganj P.S. Case No. 145/2019, instituted for offence under Section(s) 354(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that on the date of occurrence while informant was going to Court for giving lunch to her sister and crossed Chauraha, this petitioner along with Md. Ladan surrounded her and gave threat of dire consequences, if she records her evidence against them. It is further alleged that accused Laddan caught hold her hand and misbehaved with her. The informant raised alarm then the accused persons fled away.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31860 of 2019(3) dt.02-07-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no allegation of specific overt act against this petitioner in the written report.

Petitioner is in custody since 08.03.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge 1st-cum-Special Judge, Patna, in connection with Special (POCSO) Case No. 33/2019, arising out of Alamganj P.S.
