The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Dhanaha P.S. Case No. 45 of 2014 registered under Section 354 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics and he is in jail custody since 30.08. 2014. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran, in connection with Dhanaha P. S. Case No. 45 of 2014. m.p.
