The petitioner is named in the first information report but from perusal of FIR as well as impugned order it appears that except suspicion nothing has been found against the petitioner. It further appears that petitioner has been roped in this case on account of previous land dispute.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Madhepura in connection with S.T. No. 99/2015 arising out of Madhepura P.S. case No.62/2015.
