Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Gurua P.S. Case No.230 of 2018 registered under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that when he demanded his due from Sahnawaz Ansari and Javed Ansari, both accused began to abuse the informant. When the informant protested, both Sahnawaz Ansari and Javed Ansari caught the informant. Minhaj and other accused persons came there and started assaulting the informant. Sahnawaz Ansari and Javed also assaulted him with stick. Mihna assaulted with farsa on the head of the informant. When his brother Ajay Singh came to save, all accused persons assaulted him.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31929 of 2019(2) dt.14-05-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Sahnawaz Ansari has already been granted anticipatory bail. Minhaz, who is alleged to have caused injury on the head of the informant with farsa, has already been granted regular bail by learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Gaya, although injury on the head of the informant was found to be grievous in nature. The case of the petitioners stands on similar footing. Other injuries found on the informant and his brother are simple in nature.

Having considered the facts aforesaid and the fact that the co-accused Sahnawaz Ansari has already been granted anticipatory bail, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Gurua P.S.
