2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pauthu P.S. Case No.27 of 2025 registered under Section 25(9) of the Arms Act and Sections 67 and 67(A) of the Information Technology Act.

3. As per prosecution case, in a video clip and Instagram Post, petitioner and one co-accused were waiving illegal weapons. One pistol was recovered from the house of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The seizure list is manufactured and prepared by the police officials at the police station to make a case against the

Petitioner had no criminal antecedent before the alleged occurrence. The charge sheet has already been submitted against the petitioner. There is no chance of tampering with the evidence or absconding of petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 26.02.2025. Petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the trial.

5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Pauthu P.S.
