The petitioner is in custody since 12.11.2014 in connection with Lodipur P.S. Case No. 97 of 2014 for the offence registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that the petitioners have been custody for six months and have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, as mentioned above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhagalpur in connection with Lodipur P.S.
