Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already been arrested by the police in this case and, as such, this application, which has been filed on behalf of the petitioner to grant him the privilege of pre-arrest bail in connection with Brahampur (Krishna Brahm) P.S. Case No.315 of 2020, pending in the court of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Buxar, has become infructuous and seeks permission to with draw this application.

Permission is accorded.
