The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506, 354(A), 379, 307, 427 and 436 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that on 19.10.2020 at about 01.30 PM, on account of dispute relating to land the accused persons along with

No.34917 of 2022(2) dt.28-11-2022 2/3 petitioners and 10-11 unknown accused persons came variously armed and surrounded the house and set the same on fire, it is next alleged that when informant objected Meghnath assaulted her with iron rod causing injury on head, thereafter Meghnath and Baldev entered the house and assaulted her daughter-in-law Malti Devi with an iron rod causing injury on head, thereafter Baldev and Ramlal assaulted her by iron rod causing fracture of leg, thereafter when Deepak and Raj kumar came to rescue the injured person they were also assaulted and injured even Harendra Singh was assaulted by Amarnath and others leading to injuries and Bindeshwar snatched golden chain and damaged the house.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that there is no specific allegation of assault against petitioner nos. 1 and 4 as far as petitioner no.2 is concerned against him, it is alleged that he had snatched golden chain, further with regard to Amarnath it is alleged that he along with other accused persons assaulted Harendra. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
Considering the submissions made by the learned

No.34917 of 2022(2) dt.28-11-2022 3/3 counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 422 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
