JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. In huge quantity betel nuts were recovered from a vehicle in which, petitioner and others were found sitting. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner does not have any concern with seized betel nuts and moreover, no case under Section-414 of the Indian Penal Code is made out. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jogbani P.S.
