According to prosecution case, near about 76 litres country made liquor are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the seizure list does not bear the signature of the petitioner and as a matter of fact, petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to some ulterior motive.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
