2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 24.03.2026 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 90378 of 2025 by this Court to the extent of correction of name of court where the case is pending (last paragraph of aforesaid order) and extension of period of surrender.

3. In view of reason assigned in the present petition, let court name be read as "learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran" in place of "learned 6th District & Additional Sessions Judge-cumExclusive Special Judge, POCSO Act, East Champaran, Motihari" in the last paragraph i.e. paragraph - 6 of the order

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38724 of 2026(2) dt.10-07-2026 2/2 dated 24.03.2026.

4. Accordingly, further eight weeks time from today is granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail-bond before the concerned Court where the case is pending, subject to deposit of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand) in the office of concerned District Legal Services Authority and to furnish its receipt with the bail-bond.

5. Accordingly, said order passed in Cr.Misc. No. 90378 of 2025 is modified to the above extent.

6. This petition is, accordingly, allowed.
