2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to file detailed representation before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8789 of 2023 dt.31-08-2023 2/3 Respondent No.3- the Registrar, Co-operative Society, Department of Co-operative, Government of Bihar, Patna.

3. The Registrar, Co-operative Society, Department of Co-operative, Government of Bihar, Patna, is directed to call for service records relating to the petitioner from the Block Development Officer, Dighal Bank, Kishanganj as well as from the Managing Director, Central Co-operative Bank, Katihar. In case, he requires assistance of the petitioner he may also summon the petitioner to produce all the relevant records relating to the his service and his claim in the present writ petition.

4. The Registrar, Co-operative Society, Department of Co-operative, Government of Bihar, Patna, after perusing the service records of the petitioner is directed to take a final decision with respect to the redressal of the grievance of the petitioner as made in the present writ petition in accordance with law.

5. In case the Registrar, Co-operative Society, Department of Co-operative, Government of Bihar, Patna finds it proper to summon the Managing Director, Central Cooperative Bank, Katihar and the Block Development Officer, Dighal Bank, Kishanganj in person, he may do so in the interest

6. All the above exercise is directed to be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of the representation.

In case, the Managing Director, Central Cooperative Bank, Katihar and the Block Development Officer, Dighal Bank, Kishanganj in any manner do not co-operate with the Registrar, Co-operative Society, Department of Cooperative, Government of Bihar, Patna in that case, appropriate legal action will be taken against him.

8. With above observations and directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
