The petitioner seeks bail in connection with a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 364/365/120(B) and 34 of the IPC and charge sheet has been filed u/s 306 IPC. 3.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with other co-accused persons are said to have kidnapped the son of the informant and killed him under a conspiracy. 4.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence as alleged in the FIR. No such occurrence in the manner as alleged has ever taken place. She has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. There is no specific allegation

Initially the F.I.R. was registered u/s 364/365/120(B) & 34 of the IPC and after investigation, charge sheet has been submitted u/s 306 and 34 of the IPC against the co-accused persons. The petitioner is a female, has no criminal antecedent and has been languishing in custody since 24.02.2024.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. 6.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and considering the custody of petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/the Successor Court, in connection with Govindganj P.S.
