The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. case No. 36 of 2019 registered under Section 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 506 of the IPC.

The informant disclosed that while he was fixing electric pole in his own land the petitioner came and objected the fixing of the electric pole and assaulted the informant with knife on his head and other parts of his body. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that injuries found on the body of informant are simple in nature. The informant did not produce any X-ray report with regard to injury No. 1 and 3. It is further submitted that informant was fixing electric pole in front of Darwaja of petitioner.

No.31680 of 2019(2) dt.13-05-2019 2/2 It appears that informant was fixing electric pole on his own land and petitioner not only objected fixing of the electric pole but also assaulted him with fist and slaps and knife on his head and one incised wound was found on the head of informant.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
