Taking into consideration that petitioner is in jail custody since 21.06.2014 on the accusation that one magazine containing two live cartridges was recovered from his conscious possession, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Chakiya P.S. Case No. 149 of 2014.
