The petitioner is languishing in custody since 19.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 408 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that on 08.12.2014 the informant was at his shop but he went to his house as receiving call that his father is ill. On return he found the petitioner being his employee went missing with jewellery from the shop of the informant worth rupees seven lakhs.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was employee of the informant and due to wages dispute he left the working at the shop of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13052 of 2015 (02) dt.03-04-2015 2/2 informant as a result the present case has been lodged. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 570 of 2014.
