One country made pistol and two live cartridges are said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner for which the petitioner is languishing in jail since 09.08.2015. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that one coaccused Bhim Sahni from whose possession one automatic loaded pistol and seven cartridges were recovered had already been granted privilege of bail by learned court below itself. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Saraiya P.S. case No.276/2015.
