The petitioner wants to renew the prayer of bail. This is fourth attempt on behalf of the petitioner whose prayer for bail was earlier rejected thrice vide order dated 28.02.2013, 13.08.2014 and 24.11.2015 passed in Cri. Misc. No. 41163 of 2012, Cr. Misc. 15604 of 2014 & Cr. Misc. No. 35616 of 2015.
It is evident form the report of trial Court that out of 17 charge sheeted witnesses 15 witnesses have already been examined and the case is pending for prosecution witness. The trial is in progress and it is likely to be concluded in near future. In the facts and circumstances stated above,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41965 of 2016 (4) dt.23-11-2016 2/2 considering the seriousness of the offence and finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer of the bail, again prayer of the bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
However, the trail court is directed to expedite the trial by taking all positive steps and conclude the same as early as possible preferably within three months after taking on priority basis from date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. (Jitendra Mohan Sharma, J.) Rajiv/- U T
