2. Pursuant to order dated 11.09.2019, the Block Development Officer, Kuchaikot, Gopalganj is present and has filed show cause. The reason why the officer was called is recorded in order dated 11.09.2019.

3. From the pleadings and materials brought on record, the Court finds that the orders of the Court which were alleged to have been violated have now been complied with.

4. In view thereof, nothing further remains in the present application and accordingly the same stands disposed off.

5. However, it shall be open to the petitioner to file a representation before the Block Development Officer, Kuchaikot, Gopalganj with regard to any error he finds in such payment. If such representation is filed within four weeks from today along with a detailed calculation chart by the petitioner to show that the amount paid to him is less, the officer shall get the matter looked into and verify from the records and pass a reasoned order within four weeks from the date of filing of such representation. If anything further is found due and payable, the same shall also be paid to him within three weeks from passing of the order.

6. Personal appearance of the officer stands dispensed with.
