The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 356 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The petitioner is said to have confessed his guilt and one mobile is recovered from him. It is submitted that the snatched Samsung Galaxy Mega mobile was not recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the mobile, which was recovered from the petitioner, does not tally with the snatched mobile. The petitioner is in jail since 12.10.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has remained in jail for more than six months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing
