====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 13-12-2021 Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Masaurhi P..S.Case No. 364 of 2020.

As per the FIR, co-accused Bharat Ram and Sunil Kumar assaulted and abused the brother of the informant. When the informant went to their house for persuading them, petitioner no.1, along with co-accused Durgi, assaulted the informant and his brother with lathi, sword etc. and made them injured.

No.40914 of 2020(3) dt.13-12-2021 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that both the parties have compromised the case and counter case and, in this respect, a supplementary affidavit has been filed and in paragraph no.7 of that supplementary affidavit, this fact has been mentioned.

Considering the fact that both the parties have compromised the case, let petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Masaurhi in connection with Masaurhi P.S.Case No.364 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time provided in para 1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
