Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This is the 4th attempt for bail by the petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No. 90 of 2014/400 of 2012(SJ) arising out of Fatehpur P.S.Case No. 120 of 2011 registered for the offences punishable under sections 304-B and 201 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

For the reasons assigned in the order dated 7th August, 2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21881 of 2013, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present. Accordingly,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50999 of 2014 (2) dt.14-01-2015 2/2 the prayer for bail is rejected.

However, in case trial is not concluded within nine months from today, the petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
