JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323 and 324/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier the prayer of bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court.
Taking into consideration that huge quantity counterfeit notes were recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and again, this Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail on the aforesaid grounds.
Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner in connection with A.T.S. P.S. Case No.02 of 2014, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna stands rejected.
