1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For commanding the respondents authorities to grant compensation in favor of the petitioner as her daughter namely Saimul Khatoon @ Saimul Nisha has died in an railway accident which took place on on 12.03.14, leading to registration of Bachhwara P.S. Case No.43 of 2014."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative

Patna High Court CWJC No.6768 of 2018(5) dt.14-11-2024 2/2 remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
