JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased, who died within one week of her marriage in other than normal circumstances. Furthermore, on 5.6.2015, the family members of the petitioner informed the informant that the deceased was missing since 4.6.2015 but subsequently, the dead body of the deceased was recovered from a well and some injuries were found on her person.

There is specific allegation of illegal demand as well as torturing against the petitioner and his other family members. Regard being had to the above facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3517 of 2016 (3) dt.19-02-2016 2/2 inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No.45 of 2015 pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge 2nd, Saran at Chapra stands rejected.
