Petitioner is said to have given Tangi blow on the head of the injured and the injured sustained grievous injury on his head said to be caused by sharp cutting weapon. Apart from petitioner, other accused also assaulted the injured by different weapons and injured sustained other grievous and simple injuries. Moreover, alleged occurrence took place in a Panchyati and, therefore, it appears that the occurrence was not preplanned. The petitioner is in jail custody since 11.10.2014. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also keeping in mind the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial
