Case No. 34 of 2014 under Section 427 of the Indian Penal Code, 3 and 4 of the Explosive Substances Act and in different Sections of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.

It is submitted that the informant police officer alleged that he identified 9-10 persons fleeing away through the wheat field. The petitioner is not acquainted with the police officer from before. The petitioner is in jail since 09.07.2014. Similarly situated co-accused Lalit Mahto has already been enlarged on bail.
