The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Surygarha (Manikpur) P.S. Case No. 105 of 2020 registered under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused Shashi Mahto @ Shashi Kumar has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 11.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44731 of 2021.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
