Petitioner is in jail custody since 14.9.2014 on the accusation that she got cleared forged bills and accordingly, defalcated huge government amount.

Investigation of this case has already been completed. Trial court has reported that charge against the petitioner and others was framed on 11.12.2014 and up till now, no prosecution witness could be examined.

It appears from perusal of the facts of the case that prosecution case hinges upon documentary evidence. Considering the above stated facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,
