Looted mobile is said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner but admittedly, petitioner has not been put on test identification parade and except present case and one Sri Krishnapur P.S. Case no. 379/2014, there is no criminal antecedent of the petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ashutosh Khaitan, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna/concerned court in Sri Krishnapur P.S. Case no. 286/2014.
