JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The present case was lodged on the basis of complaint petition bearing Complaint Case No. 56 of 2015 and according to prosecution case, in the night of 29-01-2015, the petitioner attempted to commit rape upon the informant but admittedly, the complaint case was filed on 04-02-2015.
Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the present case was brought against the petitioner on account of village politics and previous dispute but when the informant realized her fault, she compromised the case. It is also contended on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in jail custody since 07-09-2015.

No.2996 of 2016 (2) dt.02-02-2016 2/2 Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No. 106 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dalsingh Sarai, District-Samastipur.
