2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 392 of 2023 lodged on 23.05.2023 under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the FIR has been lodged against six named accused persons, including the present petitioner with an allegation of killing the sister of the informant for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner being the father-in-law is in custody since 30.07.2023 and is aged about 65 years. The trial of the present petitioner has

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned 7th Additional Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra , subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
