2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 489 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 64 and 62 of the B.N.S.

3. As per the allegation, while informant/victim was sleeping in her house in the night then this petitioner entered her house and tried to commit rape upon her, but the informant/victim anyhow saved herself. It has been alleged that when the niece of the informant came running to save her then this petitioner also tried to molest her. It has further been alleged

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. It has further been submitted that there is a delay of four days in filing the present F.I.R., when the written report is a typed one and the informant/victim has put her L.T.I., meaning thereby that there is some other person behind setting the criminal law in motion on behalf of informant/victim. It has further been submitted that good sense has prevailed between the parties and the parties have compromised their case without any threat, coercion or promise. It has lastly been submitted that petitioner has got one criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

6. Heard the parties and perused the record.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court concerned,
