The report called for from the learned 7th Additional Sessions Judge is received. The learned Sessions Judge has reported that only three witnesses including the informant are to be examined and four months time is likely to consume for conclusion of the trial. Considering the facts that the trial is likely to be concluded within four months. I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The trial court is directed to conclude the trial positively within four months and if the trial is not concluded the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail firstly before the trial court.
