ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the informant as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 27.11.2015 in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No.245 of 2015 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 448, 341, 323, 324, 307, 380 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that so far as the present petitioner is concerned, it is alleged that he had given a single blow on the head of one Raunak Raj, as a result of which he was injured. The blow said to have been inflicted by the petitioner is found to be simple in nature, as per Annexure 3. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3818 of 2016 (2) dt.09-02-2016 2/2 and that the injuries purported to have been inflicted by the petitioner are simple in nature, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Benipur, Darbhanga,in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No.245 of 2015.
