The petitioner is accused in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 415 of 2013 registered under Sections 336 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that 20 persons including the petitioner and six others named in the F.I.R. surrounded the house of the informant, Umanand Singh, and started indiscriminate firing but none sustained injury. At that time this petitioner also fired thrice. Stone pelting were also made by the petitioner and others. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is

No.49777 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 land dispute between the petitioner and the informant and due to that reason this false case has been lodged against the petitioner and others. It is also submitted that while indiscriminate firing and stone pelting were made by the petitioner and others but none had sustained injury. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 17.10.2014.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Danapur, in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 415 of 2013.
