Petitioner is said to have assaulted the deceased with brick causing injury on the mouth of the deceased and furthermore, co-accused, Jitan Rishi gave kulhari blow causing head injury to deceased. The post mortem report of the deceased shows that cause of death of the deceased was his head injury. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
