Allegedly, one country made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered from conscious possession of petitioner no. 1 whereas one country made pistol and four live cartridges were recovered from conscious possession of petitioner no. 2 for which petitioners are in jail custody since 8.9.2015. No doubt, petitioners do carry criminal antecedent but taking into consideration that having more or less similar allegation one co-accused Subodh Yadav has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
