The petitioners seek bail in connection with Narpatganj P. S. Case No. 150 of 2020, dated 28.03.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 302 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Singh, learned senior Advocate has submitted that though the name of the petitioners find mentioned in the F.I.R. and the source which informed their names also has been mentioned but in the entire investigation report, there is no statement by either the Chaukider or the villagers that the petitioners had participated in the assault of the deceased.

The petitioners are in custody since 29.03.2020.

Considering the afore-stated facts, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Narpatganj P. S. Case No. 150 of 2020.
