The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Special (POCSO) Case No. 20 of 2020 arising out of Amour P.S. Case No. 55 of 2020 registered under Sections 493, 376, 420, 323, 354 and 313 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the complaint case has been lodged after ten months of delay. On perusal of medical report, it would be evident that the age of the victim girl is between 18 to 19 years. Petitioner has no criminal history.

Case No. 55 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
