2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 932 of 2023 dated 22.11.2023, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 306, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioner and others is of abetment to commit suicide.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and she has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that petitioner is the mother of two

It is next submitted that the deceased wanted to marry the petitioner whereas the allegation against the petitioner is of abetment to commit suicide, which is totally false and concocted. He submits that no prima facie case is made out against the petitioner, as the allegations and material collected during investigation do not show that there was any act done by the petitioner that may be said to constitute either instigation or a conspiracy with other co-accused or aid within the meaning of 107 IPC that led the deceased to commit suicide. It is further submitted that brother of the petitioner namely, Sahil Singh has been granted bail vide order dated 01.05.2024 passed by this court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 26475 of 2024. Lastly, it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 23.11.2023, having no criminal antecedents and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.

5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions
